About the writer

I currently live and work as a guest on Kumeyaay territory in Senyaweche, also known as Santee, California. As a descendent of European settlers whose lineage traces back predominately to Ireland, England, and Scotland, I owe a debt of reparations to the First People of this land. I have the privilege of living on 40 acres of organic farm land, of which I hold deep reverence for. My devotion to the beautiful region I get to call home manifests as fierce protection and commitment to these lands and all of it’s inhabitants. It is the foundation of my work and my being, and I am honored to share what I have learned with you.
